
The New Course Registration Process
We have an exciting new update to share today! ClassReach now helps you register your students for courses! With the new Course Registration feature available for use you can set up a course enrollment process and form that easily allows your admins, guardians, and students to register for courses.
Here’s a general overview of the process:
1. Set up
An admin sets up the course registration process for a semester, including which courses will be offered, who can fill out the registration, and when the registration will be made available.
2. Register
Once the registration is available, guardians can complete a course registration for each of their students, selecting which courses they would like their student to be enrolled in. (Or you can have only admins fill out the registration, or you can open it up to allow students to register themselves – your choice!)
3. Enroll
After a registration is submitted, admins are notified and can view the registration. The new Auto-Scheduler in ClassReach will find the best possible schedules for the student, based on total section enrollment and possible schedule conflicts. Once you find a schedule you like, you can enroll the student in all their classes with a single click!
